World's Highest Four Wheel Drive Safari Through Remote High Passes.
'an adventure with comfort'

Tibet, with its vast landscapes from the verdant forest to the arid dry landscapes, huddled in the rain shadow behind the mass range of the northern Himalaya, certainly makes this land as mysterious as it was for centuries and it still retains the feel of the medieval period and a tinge of Shangri-la which is located with pride at an average altitude of over 3000 meter. Our newest approach on this roof of the world on a four wheel drive is probably the first of its kind of driving safari on the high terrain in
the comfort of the Land cruiser and Jeeps. This automobile adventure has added a new dimension in the world of adventure. Truly, it can be described as the journey of a life time, with exciting adventure enroute, crossing passes of over 5000meter, viewing stunning picturesque scenery of the landscape and breathe taking views of range of snow capped mountains from Mt. Everest, Cho-Oyu, Shisa-pangma to over 6000 metere peaks. As our Four Wheelers driving through the middle of Tibetan plateau, we get to go through rural villages meeting people and visiting monasteries and chortens.

Our adventure begins with a sweeping flight to Lhasa over the mighty Himalayan range In Lhasa, we will have ample time to immerse with the local  cultureand for acclimatisation before we venture on the long scenic Four Wheel Safari drive. The city of Lhasa is a mixture of old and new, the new Lhasa is a modern town, having a network of streets, apartments, hotels and stores. The old city of Lhasa dates back to 6-7th centuary is round the Jorkhang temple, from here one can still see Lhasa of the old days with pilgrims, traders, people from all walks of life. In Lhasa, we will be visiting interesting places from the busy markets of Barkhor, monasteries, and the famed ever present Potala Palace. Our adventure truly begins after Lhasa crossing high passes enroute Kharte and back to the border at Zhangmu.

This is certainly a mesmerizing trip passing through traditional Tibetan villages and nomads camps with constant view of the nearby snow capped peaks. As we head from the Pangla pass of 5,200m towards the Kharte and Everest Basecamp the drive offers a great panorama of the highest peaks of the world. The drive follows interesting rural life of the Tibetans as it was for centuries taking you to middle age. Most of the houses and villages are still untouched by modern civilization except for some few tractors and radios. Our journey through the Tibetan plateau is very rewarding and give you such an experience that you have never dreamt before. We finally end this thrilling adventure in Kathmandu bringing back to civilization.
