Many of you who are looking for uncrowded trekking area, this remote and relatively un-trekked region is most ideal place to visit. The trek begins from a remote isolated area, traverses through sparsely populated areas near the Tibetan border.  Cultural highlight of the trek: a glimpse of Sherpa Buddhism at Bigu Gompa 2500m, a monastery and a nunnery.  As you continue to stroll through rhododendron forests, you will be greeted by stunning views of Mt. Gauri Shankar as the backdrop.  In earlier days, this route has been used as an alternative-trading route between Nepal and Tibet.  Another highlight of this trek is that as you climb upto the point of alpine meadow at Tinshang Ri (3812m), you will be blessed with Everest and its neighbouring peaks. This unforgettable journey ends in Barabise, an entry point to Tibetan.
